At oBaz we strive to sell only quality products, but we understand that from time to time a return may be necessary. Please refer to the specific return policy located under “Returns” on each listing, or the return policy on your oBaz receipt for more information. When eligible, refunds can be given in 2 ways - (1) oBaz credit or (2) a refund in the original form of payment. If you choose credits, you will be reimbursed for the original shipping paid.

If you request a refund in the original form of payment a return shipping fee may apply in some cases. oBaz only accepts returns on products purchased directly from our website unless otherwise stated. If the deal is purchased from a 3rd party, that parties return policy will apply. From time to time, some of these items will be Final Sale. If this is the case the information will be presented on the details page of that item.

If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, we will issue a check to the billing address on the credit card.
If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at time of purchase.
If you want to return an item received as a gift, you must contact our Customer Support.
If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you will also be refunded for the original shipping charges you paid at the time the order was placed. Please indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect while creating your return or by contacting our Customer Support.
